テイレシアス (Teiresias)

Teiresias, the Blind Seer and companion to Erinys, the Greek Fury.

After being transformed into a woman for 7 years, there are a lot things that aren't quite the same... even after reverting a few parts. They were changed, abducted, put into slavery, abused with little hope to escape--but their devotion to the Erinyes was unwavering. In time, Erinys grew a liking to the withering slave and defied Zeus' edict to keep away from Teiresias amidst their plight. "They must suffer," he said, "or they will not see the end times to come." Despite the Fury's intervention, the trauma was enough to coax a vision upon their escape from a wicked master. For a time, the seer continued to serve the mortal kingdom of Thebes, until the city's fall reunited them with their beloved Erinys. So, the Fury whisked them away from the underworld--a shade of mind and body spared of the eternal slumber--and kept them to herself.

Until... a new god arrives after a 1000 years, hellbent on usurping all others before Him. All He lacks is the foresight of soothsayers alike, and the tale of Teiresias has perked His interests. Unbeknown to Him, Teiresias is the kind of monster who wields a wit that is sharper than any monster's fangs.
